The Beacon Framework™ is published as a living document. It is not a manifesto, and it is not a brochure. It is the early scaffolding of an operational discipline that we believe should already exist — and which, in time, will be carried forward by many practitioners beyond its origin.

Chapters are written as they become defensible. Some are short. Some will be revised. None are promotional. The intent is longevity, not novelty.

Buildings already have operating systems. Biology has never been one of them.

The Framework is read most usefully alongside The Beacon Journal, where field observations contribute the evidence that keeps the chapters honest.
